I am saying yes to cleansing. The process of simplifying my lifestyle to help reduce stress and clear out people, places, and things that present negativity in my life. Being intentional in refining my decision-making, refreshing my perspective, and releasing clutter internally and externally. 

Yes to acts of service

I am saying yes to acts of service. A love language attribute that can be utilized personally and professionally. From being an attentive listener to helping with a task for lightening the load to anticipating someone else's needs. While appreciating the act of services that are reciprocated to you. 

Yes to Self-Maintenance

I am saying yes to maintenance. The intentional process of providing adequate attention to myself, my relationships, my learnings, and items that require routine attention. Being purposeful with investing time in areas of importance long before major issues are presented.

Yes to Figuring it out

I am saying yes to figuring it out. Understanding that it is a process of learning, trying, doing, having mishaps, working through things, and then rinse and repeat. The goal is to take one moment and one day at a time so as not to overwhelm oneself but to allow for intentional growth and development. 

Yes to Silly Moments

I am saying yes to Silly Moments. Having random moments of uncontrollable laughter until my stomach hurts. Allowing the shear joy of tears streaming down my face because of the infectious laughs of those around me. Breaking out in funny facial expressions, witty comebacks, and all sorts of good ole knee slapping fun. 

Yes to Soaring

I am saying yes to soaring. Appreciating being at a certain altitude mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically, and financially, where I am balanced enough to glide along in life. Using peace, love, mercy, grace, and joy to be the wind beneath my wings to keep me elevated in positivity. What is beneath your wings that help you to soar?

Yes to Better with time

I am saying yes to better with time. Understanding that growth and development are essential pieces as you endeavor to mature. Allowing oneself to absorb new ideas and execute in the refinement of the new downloads. Encouraging oneself to be a little more intentional in the growth from the day before. 

Yes to Improvising

I am saying yes to improvising. Utilizing what I have around me to create something amazing. Not limiting myself to the perfect moment but appreciating who and what is near me to create a masterpiece. Valuing the ability to see the worth in others and how working in harmony with what we have can be for the greater good. 

Yes to Sacrifice

I am saying yes to sacrifice. Understanding that the trade-off for my time to have precious moments with my family and friends is priceless. Both are valuable commodities, yet the unforgettable moments that can be had with the people I hold most precious to me outweigh the time spent while enjoying each other's presence. What are you willing to sacrifice for those you hold precious?
